Delivery charges vary based on location, with options for standard and urgent delivery in Karachi and standard delivery across Pakistan. Exchanges are available within 3 days of delivery for items that are damaged or do not match the order. Sale items and certain products are not eligible for exchange. Please ensure items are returned in original packaging.

Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Exchange:
Products purchased from RazzakBook can be exchanged within 3 days of delivery if:
- The item is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
- The item does not match the specifications or is different from what was ordered.
Items Not Eligible for Exchange:
Sale items and certain other products cannot be exchanged or returned. Additionally, we cannot support returns or exchanges in cases where:
- The exchange request is made after the 3-day period.
- The product has been used or damaged post-delivery.
- The product or packaging has been tampered with, or original labels, tags, or accessories are missing.
- Multi-item packs are opened, as they cannot be returned or exchanged partially.
All items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging.
